Although our great customers are very loyal, we are always looking to attract new customers. One of the most effective methods of connecting with new customers is encouraging our present customers to recommend us to people who they know. Our Referral System makes this a quick and easy process that benefits everyone involved.

Your recommendation of Ham's Automotive can greatly benefit your friends and acquaintances. When someone needs a company to perform a service who do they choose? How does a person judge the value of a service before they buy it? How can they trust they will get what they pay for? They simply can't. Service companies sell an invisible product that can't be evaluated until after the service is purchased and delivered. A trustworthy acquaintance with firsthand experience with a particular company is very valuable indeed.

How to get started

Since only our current customers can participate in this program, you will need a website user account. If you already have an account just go to the Invite page, log into your account, enter your friend's email address and a short message, and click send.

If you don't have a  account, just ask us and we will set you up for one. You can email us, call us, or just ask in person next time your at our shop.

How the Program works

The process is quick and easy. You use our Referral System, click 'Invite a friend', to send your friend a private email message recommending our services. Your friend responds to the invite if they are interested. You receive Reward Points for making the referral (whether or not your friend responds), your friend gets a complimentary service, and we get a valuable potential new customer. Everybody benefits!

Your Reward

The Reward Points that you receive can be used as payment for any service that Ham's Automotive provides. You will accumulate points every time that you make a referral.

Your Friend's Reward

The incentive that your friend receives is a complimentary service (like an oil and filter service, tire rotation, or similar) that we provide as an incentive for them to come and get to know us.  If they like doing business with us they can join our family of satisfied customers. If not, they get the free service with no strings attached.

The referral message that you send to your friend is pre-written with an optional text box where you may add a personal message. Then all you need to do is enter your friend's email address and click send.

As a bonus, if your friend responds to our offer and has the complimentary service performed on their vehicle, we will award you with additional Reward Points. Like we said, personal recommendations are golden, and we reward those who take a moment to make them. Thank you!
